    WITH THE CREATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT, OR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THESE CONDITIONS MAY BE UPDATED AT ANY TIME AND TAKE EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON BEING POSTED. PLEASE CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE EACH TIME YOU USE THE SITE TO ENSURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY AMENDMENTS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE OR ITS SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE IS UNDERSTOOD AS YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CURRENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY UPDATES WITH EVERY USE OF THE SITE, AS UPDATES WILL NOT BE ANNOUNCED.

    General

    • This website reserves the right to terminate or suspend your use of the site and services if any portion of the terms and conditions are violated, or for any other reason deemed necessary, at its sole discretion.
    • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of using the site and services.
    • You must be the legal owner of any device sold through the site, or you must have written consent from the owner to sell the device on their behalf.

    Device

    • The device must not be leased by any person, company, or entity.
    • The device must have a valid and visible IMEI number for verification. Devices without an IMEI number may be returned.
    • Documentation or proof of ownership may be requested at any time during the transaction at the sole discretion of the site administrators.
    • All devices sold through the site must be authentic and legitimate. Counterfeit devices will not be accepted and may be reported to the proper authorities.
    • The device must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, statutes, regulations, and ordinances, including import and export laws.

    Valuation and Acceptance

    • The site reserves the right to determine which devices are eligible for purchase, recycling, or donation, and which are rejected and returned.
    • If the device condition differs from the description provided, the customer may receive an updated offer. Customers can accept the new offer or request the device be returned.
    • Devices not accepted or unclaimed after thirty (30) days from the first contact attempt may be recycled, donated, or discarded.
    • Offers are valid for fourteen (14) days from the date generated. Devices received after this period may be subject to updated pricing.
    • Offers are non-transferable and not redeemable by any other person or entity.

    Inspection and Changes to Amount Offered

    • All devices are subject to a 30-point inspection process upon receipt to verify their condition, make, model, capacity, and IMEI status.
    • IMEI numbers may be checked for eligibility. Devices found ineligible may result in a revised offer.
    • Devices with active accounts (e.g., Apple iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts) must be deactivated before payment can be issued.
    • Devices with water damage, missing components, or internal damage may result in updated offers.
    • All accessories selected for inclusion must be received with the device, or the offer amount may be adjusted.

    Payments

    • Customers will be notified via email upon receipt and inspection of their devices. Payment will be issued within two (2) business days of acceptance or agreement to an updated offer.
    • Delays in payment may occur due to incomplete or incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
    • Payments by check will be sent via USPS first-class mail.
    • The site is not responsible for fees imposed by third parties, such as PayPal or bank fees.

    Contact Information

    • Accurate personal information, including name, email, address, and payment details, must be provided when using the site and services.
    • Email is the primary method of communication. The site is not responsible for missed or blocked emails.
    • It is the user’s responsibility to keep contact and payment information up to date.

    Data Removal

    • It is the user’s responsibility to remove all personal data from any device before sending it. The site is not responsible for any remaining data.
    • Devices that cannot be erased due to damage or other factors may still be processed, but the site assumes no liability for remaining data.

    Privacy

    • The site will not sell personal data to third parties. Information may be used for transactional purposes or as required by law.
    • Cookies may be used to improve the user experience and site functionality.

    Indemnity

    • Users agree to indemnify the site against any claims arising from violations of these terms or applicable laws.

    Limited Liability

    • The site and its administrators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the site or its services.

    Severability

    • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

    Governing Law
